Everything you need to know before your therapist knocks on the door.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings need a minimum of 2 hours' notice. For peak weeks (school holidays, New Year) we recommend booking the day before to secure your preferred time and therapist.
Is there a minimum booking length?
Yes — every visit is a minimum of 1 hour in total. You can book a single 60-minute treatment, or pair two 30-minute treatments (for yourself, or shared with someone in your party).
How do I pay?
There is nothing to prepay online. You pay the total shown at booking directly to your therapist on the spot, after your treatment.
Where does the treatment happen?
In your own chalet, apartment or hotel room — anywhere in Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 or 2000. Your therapist arrives fully equipped with a professional treatment table, premium sheets, towels, bolsters and balms, and transforms your space into a private wellness sanctuary.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Yes. Our expert team includes both male and female massage therapists, and you choose your preference during booking. Selecting "no preference" usually gives the fastest availability.
Can under-18s receive a treatment?
Yes — clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent, and for clients under 15 a parent or guardian must also be present in the room throughout the treatment. You'll confirm this during booking.
I'm pregnant — can I book a massage?
We treat mums-to-be from week 14 of pregnancy onwards. For safety, we cannot treat during the first 13 weeks. You'll confirm this during booking, and your therapist will adapt the treatment accordingly.
When does Alpine Care operate?
Our mobile team operates throughout the winter ski season, running from mid-December to mid-April, across all four Les Arcs resorts.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Just call us as early as you can and we'll rearrange or cancel your slot. Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may be charged.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. Alpine Care is not a healthcare provider — our treatments are wellness and recovery massages. Medical or therapeutic massages can only be performed by doctors or physiotherapists. If you have a medical condition or injury, please consult a doctor first.
How do I join the Alpine Care team?
