1. Who we are

Alpine Care ("we", "us") provides mobile wellness and recovery massage services within the Les Arcs resort area (Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000), France, during the winter season (mid-December to mid-April). Alpine Care operates as a branch of Control Tower International (CTI).

2. Nature of our services

Alpine Care is not a healthcare provider. Our services are wellness and recovery massages only. Medical or therapeutic massages can only be performed by doctors or physiotherapists. Our treatments do not diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, injury or concern, consult a doctor before booking.

3. Bookings

• Bookings require a minimum of 2 hours' notice.
• Every visit is subject to a minimum of 1 hour of total treatment time. 30-minute treatments must be paired with a second 30-minute treatment within the same visit.
• A booking is confirmed once we have verified therapist availability and confirmed by phone or email.
• We may decline or reschedule a booking where availability, access, weather or safety makes the visit impracticable.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown at the time of booking and are payable in full directly to your therapist on the spot, after the treatment.
• No online prepayment is taken through this website.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel or rearrange free of charge with more than 2 hours' notice by calling us.
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice, or a failure to provide access to the premises at the booked time, may be charged at the full treatment price.

6. Health and eligibility

• Clients under 18 may only be treated with the consent of a parent or guardian. For clients under 15, a parent or guardian must also be present in the room throughout the treatment.
• Pregnant clients may only be treated after week 13 of pregnancy.
• You must disclose relevant health information (injuries, allergies, conditions) when booking. Your therapist may decline or adapt a treatment where they judge it unsafe to proceed.

7. Conduct

Our therapists provide professional wellness treatments only. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the treatment, with the full price payable, and a ban from future bookings.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law. We are not liable for losses arising from information you failed to disclose at booking, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather and resort access restrictions).
