1. What we collect

When you book a treatment or apply to join our team, we collect the details you provide in the form: name, contact details, your resort and residence address, booking preferences, and any notes you choose to share (for example injuries or allergies, and the health confirmations required for under-18s and pregnancy). Recruitment applications additionally include your country, experience and anything you tell us about yourself.

1a. Health information

If you complete our health declaration, you provide information about your health. Under the GDPR this is special category data and we treat it accordingly. We collect it only with your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on that form, and only so your therapist can deliver your treatment safely.

It is seen only by Alpine Care and the therapist assigned to your treatment. It is never used for marketing, never shared with anyone else, and you can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it at any time by emailing Support@alpinecare.net. Withdrawing consent does not affect treatments already given.

If you complete our feedback form, we collect your ratings and any comments you choose to leave, so we can improve the service.

2. How we use it

3. Legal basis and retention

We process booking data to perform the service you request. Health information, including the health declaration and the confirmations given at booking, is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent, under Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. We keep booking records only as long as needed for operational and legal purposes, health declarations for 5 months from the date they are submitted, after which they are deleted, and recruitment applications for the current season unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

4. Cookies and embedded services

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it makes no requests to third-party services — fonts and all other assets are hosted on our own domain. Form submissions travel directly to our mailbox.

5. Sharing

Your booking details and health declaration are shared only with the therapist assigned to your treatment. Alpine Care operates as a branch of Control Tower International, which provides our operational infrastructure.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact Support@alpinecare.net and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Note: working draft for client review — data controller identity, registered address and retention periods to be confirmed.
